Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Receive policies from the Executive Vice President of Operations (BCH) and formulate operational plans in alignment with those policies and within specified timeframes.
  2. Delegate tasks, authority, responsibilities, and resources to relevant departments, while monitoring, evaluating, and driving the implementation to achieve target goals.
  3. Plan, manage, and execute marketing strategies, as well as establish operational policies, criteria, and systems to maximize overall efficiency.
  4. Oversee overall personnel management and development to enhance workforce capability; supervise, inspect, follow up, and provide guidance to ensure operational goals are met.
  5. Plan and optimize resource allocation and budgeting to ensure cost-effectiveness, while auditing utilization to maximize operational performance.
  6. Provide consultation and resolve operational issues across departments to maintain peak efficiency, while auditing customer billing accuracy and rectifying any discrepancies.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Management, Healthcare Administration, or other related medical fields
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Skills: Strong management and problem-solving skills
