The Comprehensive Quality Standards Award (OAP Award) 2025
The Comprehensive Quality Standards Award (OAP Award) is an initiative established by the Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP) with the primary objective of fostering motivation, raising awareness, promoting, and supporting nuclear and radiation safety and security. The program recognizes organizations and establishments in Thailand that utilize nuclear and radiation technologies for peaceful purposes while upholding the principles of Safety, Security, and Safeguards.
Kasemrad Ari Radiation Oncology Clinic recognizes the importance of the safe use of medical radiation. The clinic has therefore formulated policies in alignment with the standards of the Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP) and international best practices, ensuring their consistent and rigorous implementation. Over the years, this commitment has earned the trust of patients and the surrounding community, assuring them that the clinic operates under the highest safety standards and that its medical practices do not adversely affect the quality of life of local residents.
To reaffirm this strict adherence to high standards, the clinic participated in the Comprehensive Quality Standards Award (OAP Award) assessment process conducted by a panel of experts. It is a great honor and source of pride for the clinic to have been awarded the Comprehensive Quality Standards Award 2025 in the category of Type 1 Radiation Generators – Medical Use, achieving the “Excellent” level, by the Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP).
